Interested in a custom order? I'd be happy to make you something! Contact me via email or through the website or Instagram (DM), with an idea what you'd like. I do have a wait list, which I will add you to. Right now customs are running:

SHIPPING POLICY
Your purchase will ship within 3 business days of when your order was placed, and it will arrive packaged and ready for gift giving.
HOLDS, RESERVES, & LAYAWAY
Holds, reserves, and layaway are all available once a piece has been listed in my shop and available for 24 hours. This is out of fairness to other shoppers, since many people wait for sales and shop updates for their favorite pieces. But after 24 hours, I am happy to work with you on a payment plan or to hold a piece for up to one week for you. Just send me a message!
ABOUT CROW DESIGN STUDIO
Welcome to my shop! I'm Jenn Clower, and I make unique jewelry and accessories from precious and semi-precious gemstones and fossils, metals, and leather. All of the pieces you'll find here were carefully handcrafted by me in my studio in Fort Worth, TX.
Formerly a Mechanical Engineer, I bring the things I loved about Engineering (manipulating form, function, and materials) to my new world of jewelry design. I am inspired by nature and all of the interesting geometries and organic forms I find there. I love combining colors, shapes, and textures to create original works of art for you to wear.
Crow Design Studio was established in 2014, and was so named because of the nature of the crow. Crows are curious and ingenious creatures, who devise and use tools, and are attracted to shiny and sparkly things, much like myself.

RETURNS POLICY
Returns on Ready-to-Wear items are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order, for any reason, either for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee, or for store credit in the full amount. Returned items must be packed in their original packaging (or equivalent, to avoid damage), and in their original condition.

Custom Orders and Made-to-Order styles are not eligible for returns/refunds unless they have arrived in a damaged condition. In the unlikely case that this happens, I am happy to work with you to repair or replace your item...I want you to love your purchases from me, and buy with confidence!
